I do have 3 people in mind I think should honors to do the actual drawing of the number(S), SIr Okuma, why because as a MOD, well half ass mod I never won a ****ing thing on give away day since day one, He picks **** legit, I know him well. Others are Otto and biker13 are some straight up that is if anyone would like to do the actual drawing its self.

My thoughts on the rules are to minimum as possible for any one to win from some one which signs as a new member possibly from a refereed to from a member here who hasn't had a deal yet, to anyone from that point.
For me its not what you are but who you are, the winner must pass my sniff test If I am not very familiar with the winner due to it being tied directly to me and the ODT , **** a BOS, but I will handle the transfer how they see fit.
Who is more than likely not to pass my sniff test? not sure really, just not a shady history and some sneaky ass FBI **** getting in on our good times, is about good people, I could give **** about politics being involved at all so what side of the fence you are on, so what? Got a couple neg's on your history so what, nothing excessive though.
If said winners does not pass my sniff test due to lack of not knowing them, say a newer or quiet member I will deffer the other mods/admins and okuma for their blessing if needed, I don't keep up with the **** they have to, they are more in tune with the shady side of the site, winner needs to be good people is all, other than the obvious site supporter fundraising etc,
