cooking and selling food commercially is actually a lot more difficult than just actually doing it. you need to get certified, have the kitchen certified, pay insurance, all sorts of crap.

Yep, all it takes is one person to yak up something and THINK it came from your truck….. not being covered is just plain stupid ! I would want over coverage…so much that if a fly came in and broke his wing you are covered ! Lol
I hope I am gonna be there for this one folks - the latest seizure disorders have really busted my azz something fierce but the good news is the ole lady seems to be game to take me if we go. I will just have to bring a walker big enough that I can plop down on it when/if I need to. I have one my dad had and it works great.
The latest seizure storm has really screwed with my mobility even more than it was to begin with ! Pisses me off too. I hate having that tied down feeling. Being limited to where and when I can go . I have always been independent and just go. Not anymore , unfortunately.
