ODT locking up FireFox, anyone else?

I am on a Mac and it has locked up on me a couple of times recently.
I had to restart my computer and it's ok now. Only have one window open.

there was a thread about this the other day...guess it got buried.

By locking up..screen freezes? Mouse won't move? Can't even click onto another tab? or is it just "page won't load"? I have pages not loading fairly frequently here. Try clicking the stop button.. usually when I do this, I then get a blank screen. Then when the stop button turns into a Reload button, click Reload. Usually the page loads then. Often, it's the google map thing that freezes the page load.

yes, driving me crazy... the only help i have found is to open task manager and "end process" for flash player.

It is still doing it, just had to end task to get out of it.

yes, mine seems to be working well again... thx

edit*** spoke too soon, still freezing and needed to use task manager to end process to get out. seems to have some thing with the advertisement at the top of the page. when that add changes or loads is when my puter freezes up.
