Serious question, are they going to have enough LE folks at the door to strap the triggers on all of the guns we are bringing in? If I knew the color of the day I'd zip tie them myself before I load them up. I'll come early just to be on the safe side.
I do my own anyway. Most cops have no idea how to make most guns "safe" with a zip tie.

Another serious question. I believe the main floor/basketball court is on the lower level. Are the front doors the only access for set up? Is the elevator big enough for me and my wagon of goodies to get on? Is there going to be food? Breakfast burritos and sausage biscuits or are we allowed to bring in our own breakfast? I've never done this before at this venue so won't to do it right.

I prefer to do my own as I don't want stranger (stranger that the ODT folks) handling my weapons. Is there a color of the day or is a zip tie is a zip tie is a zip tie?
I don't know how Okuma is going to do this. I haven't had any other promoter at any other show in any state come by my table(s) and tell me I had to use their "color of the day." The only show I know of that color codes anything was the Indy 1500 where privately owned firearms for sale had to have a certain color tie. That was 14 years ago though.

Thanks! That is very helpful. I'm going to go ahead and zip tie everything and if that is wrong I'll bring a clipper with me so someone can redo it. It was said no strollers on the floor. Not sure what that is about but OK. I'm bringing my wagon and my rolling tote and hope that is good.

Any word of if chairs will be provided? No biggie if not but I don't want to drag them if I don't have to.

Main thing it make sure the action cannot be closed/locked without removing the tie. Never know when some dumbass is going to "check ta see if'n it'd a chamber this here thutty-aught six boolit."

Is there a PA system at the venue?
Yes I think so.
Is concealed carry allowed at the venue for the Gun Show?
No
How about loaded magazines for the guns I'm selling?
No
Loaded speed loaders?
No

No specific color necessary, definitely go ahead and zip tie all your stuff beforehand if possible to save time. I'll be sending out some info emails on Monday that will have most of this info in it as well.

Top floor will load through the front doors, bottom floor will load from the back. They don't want anyone using the elevator for loading/unloading.

There will be a concession stand but you're welcome to bring in personal food/snacks as far as I know. Just can't sell any food.

Tables get 1 chair and booths get 2, you can bring an extra if you'd like.

The center has 3 or 4 loading carts available if needed but you're welcome to use your own.

We just don't want the show floor clogged with strollers.
