WHY IS KROGER ALLOWING THIS? This woman open carried her firearm yesterday inside a Georgia Kroger. Most state laws are so lax that open carry is allowed without background checks, permitting or training. Kroger's refusal to stop open carry is putting customers and employees at risk. This holiday weekend do your grocery shopping at a store with gun sense.
