The Red Breast and Catfish are biting and nice sizes on the river this week.

What's the fish in the top snap? Almost looks like a pike?

We call those "Jack" down here. They are members of the Pickerel family like Grass Pike, Southern Pike, etc. They put up a good fight are good eating when cooked right.
