I think you mean PSLs actual Dragunovs were 10000 dollars in 2010 still.Back when odt was in its infancy 2010 2011,you could get Dragunovs for 400 and up. I jumped on the wagon and bought 4 over that time NONE were accurate. That was my flirtations with em. Bought an AK one time too.
I had a PSL before and it was minute of pie plate. I was hoping the newer PSLs would be better. I'm not getting a PSL though I'm getting a Dragunov. Quite a bit of difference.Back when odt was in its infancy 2010 2011,you could get Dragunovs for 400 and up. I jumped on the wagon and bought 4 over that time NONE were accurate. I saw that 9 hole review and IV88s review as well. I watch a lot of you tube gun video reviews, especially on anything I might be interested. I canceled the PSL though so it's no longer a option.Iraq veteran8888 did a video on his PSL and he couldn’t hit a 20 inch gong at 600 with it.
9 hole reviews also did a review and the PSL didn’t pass the course. For reference, they’ve shot the SKS and PSA AKs that passed the course…lol

Not to be a dick but 6.5 moa is 36 inches at 550 yards.Well that's subjective to ammo bore conditions shooter. I have 2 psl rifles now I'm not saying they are tack drivers and my go to rifle for shtf. But both rifles were purchased 1 traded for without super inspections because they are just cool but both hold 6.5 moa out to 550 yards with quality brass surplus (non steel core) steel core at 100 it was all over the place like gawd awful.
My results are with original junky scopes and at 550 yards a 12 inch gong wasn't hard was 75% hit rate good enough to be fun and challenging given the equipment. Fyi for those that don't know at 550 yards that reticle covers more then a 12" gong so misses were likely a combo of shooter and rifle ability. Again steel case steel core I'd be lucky to hit it on purpose. But 152gr fmjbt did better then expected.
