I do believe it's possible. Space is huge and way beyond our ability to know what else could be out there. Not to mention, ancient writings, texts, hieroglyphics, etc all seem to depict the existence of otherworldly spacecraft.
It would be ignorant to think that earth is the only planet out there that can sustain life. I'll bet there are many other "earths" out there.

Seems rather likely. The question is have any developed the space travel that's fast enough to encounter us where and when we are? They would have to be close enough and have existed during our time. If FTL travel is impossible, then the scope wherein aliens would both exist and reach us is not so wide. So, even if they do exist, they may always be irrelevant.
