Ok youz watch guys

I like diver watches but will probably get a nice dress watch for the rare occasion I put on shoes. lol Price point will be determined on what I find I like. Probably the $300- $3000. Granted I won't be affording many of the $3k range. Watches like most jewelry are way over priced if you are buying at retail. Between trading and contacts in the pawn shops, I won't have retail tied up in them. I'm still learning name brands. I didn't realize there was as many as there is.
I turned 57 a couple of weeks ago and am starting to think about what will the family do with all my collecting. rather then having safes full of guns that take up a lot of room and maybe a hassle to sell off, maybe turning some of those guns into really nice watches will be easier for them.

I doubt it.

Hammilton is a great watch. A lot of dive and outdoor type watches in there line up.
Seiko has some nice automatic models out there as well.
I like my TAG's and Tudor's and Omega's...but the prices are hard to take on any of them less than 5 years old. I'm sticking with smaller brands currently.

Dress watch says Orient Bambino. Automatic movement in a nice slim case for under $300.00 .
They also have an open heart style showing part of the movement.
Seiko Cocktail Time is also very nice looking but will be a little more money.

Hard to beat an F91W...:D

An automatic makes since. I have one I've had for over 25yrs. Never spent a penny on it. It's always ready when I am. Runs when you need it. Seiko 5 President model I guess it's called. Looks like a Rolex Presidential. I can't tell you how many times I've got a double take on it
