Our dog is in his senior years, and when we look eye to eye, its almost like he knows that we don't have many years left together. He is a little slower, and a bit chubby, but in pretty good health, or so he vet says. I give him doggie arthritis meds every day to help his joints.

I cried worse than a baby when my chi wawa Jack got killed... I went outside to do it but that didn't help at all.. everybody around heard me and knew I was hurt bad. As my friend TAZZ said everybody needs a dog.. they make us better people... I like dogs most times more than I do people.. well people are people

Pound pups are the best. We got this one at about six months. I'd been dog-free for 28 years prior. That's way too many years without a loyal friend. I wouldn't take any amount of money for her.

Got a new rescue pup. She is very energetic and being stubborn with the potty training. Taking lots of time and patience but I know she will reward me for years to come. A priceless companion

All of my dogs have been rescues. They make for the best friends you could ever have.
