You guys can have your fun! I am excluding myself from it
I'm positive we're all gonna have fun, and from the looks of it I think people's kids are gonna be more than welcome. If you've ever been to a gun show you're asked to declare all guns at the door but it's not like they strip search you

I had a feeling that’s what happened at gun shows. “Don’t ask don’t tell” .. or something like that. ..

My opinion is this: if we were all getting together to eat food and just hangout I would agree. At a restaurant everything stays holstered.

But a gun show is a very different environment. We will have possibly 1,000+ people who are all there for the sole purpose of pulling out their guns and showing them to each other. Just seems like a reasonable idea to check them all when they come in and make sure they're clear, especially if my kid is around.

Remember the rule isn't to protect idiots from you, it's to protect you from the idiots. :D

Yep, I agree and well said.

Honestly, i’m not sure I’d attend if it were any other way....it’s the same reason why I avoid public ranges

I tend to not hang out places that aren’t kid friendly and carry friendly. Why would I? Not leaving either at home (or in the truck)

I’m surprised so many members here feel differently.

Y’all have fun. I’ll likely be somewhere with my kiddo and carrying a pistol.

Im with you. You can carry but it has to be zipped tied at the door and ammo left in your vehicle.

I say no age limit...in either direction or a lot of us might be barred.

I agree with the no strollers policy and if a child is unattended and starts jacking with folks stuff then the parent is used as a paintball target in the parking lot.

Strollers are a big pain when blocking aisles. Prolly a fire marshall concern as well.

I'm wondering about attendance. That is a pretty large venue.

This makes the most sense to me. Outside of strollers I'd say leave it up to people to know how long their kid will tolerate the event and plan accordingly on whether or not to bring them.

Holy ****. I just agreed with Fatal_Bert Fatal_Bert
Or limit it to small "umbrella" strollers that don't take up any more space than a standing adult.
If a member has a newborn or small infant and wants to come though that would stink for them to be excluded.

*know someone will say no one should be having babies between now and the meet.*

Yeah well some of us have court orders that say we can't be 50yards from a place where minors gather. So what about us? You didn't think about our feelings did you?

This is starting to explain so much....! And I thought it was to do with Tax Credits.....
