On a golf course in Texas

That almost looks fake. Where's the cut mark on the throat and dried blood? Just seems like there would be a lot more wound marks if pit bulls held it down and he'd had his throat slit...
For a hog that was held in place by a pit bull and had it's throat cut, there's a distinct lack of blood visible.
Where did he cut it's throat?
That's a strong young man who can snatch 400 lbs of dead hog off the ground and hoist it up and hold it like that.

Nice of 'im to clean up all the blood so the how would show nice and all...

Here's the real story; three American bull dogs tracked the hog and held it down by its ears until it could be tied up. It was taken alive. I've had my morning coffee now. Sorry about the misinformation.

I have caught many hogs, some big ones too in Northern Okeechobee Co, Florida using dogs and traps.
Hogs caught by dogs leave sign on the hog that can't be wiped off before a photo.

Even though there's a few news links about this I'm still having a hard time believing it. Pitbulls on a hog that size will leave some serious marks and blood. That thing didn't just lay there and not fight. Also, if the hog was still alive when they took it for processing, it means it was alive in that pic. No way a guy is just holding a calm 400# hog up for a photo opp.
