Once again, the VA comes through for me, woohoo!

Resurrection . The VA branch in Marietta at US 41 and Belles Ferry Rd . The hearing aid and optical are ok . The dental part is a horror story ! The dentist doesn’t know his a$$ from a hole in the ground . Jan 2023 had impressions made . Said in house 2 months . May 2023 finally got approval for community care . Local dentist made them. In the fall of 2023 , can’t remember exact date , the community care dentist sent all the paperwork to him for recommendations for dental implants . This has to go before a board for approval . Supposedly takes a year . Just found out today that he never sent the paperwork in . Told us that we had to send it in . The guy is obviously not qualified for his position ! But nothing will be done to him , if you know what I mean . I wish I had continued going to Decatur ( Arcadia area ) , instead of going to this place . AVOID THIS BRANCH LIKE A PLAGUE ! This has been over two years dealing with dental issues . All of my other VA procedures , etc have been very good with no issues . I have nothing but good to say about my VA medical care . Just this idiot at Bells Ferry ! So now trying to get an advocate involved . Sorry for the rant , but trying to save someone else from this place .

I might be wrong, but I thought the VA only dealt with rated conditions. Like the **** that happened when you were active. Do they do full medical for you?
They will do full medical. You may have a copay for non rated visits. Rated is free. If you are over 50% everything is free.
