I'll just throw this out there, based on my limited knowledge of the FACTS, and my personal experiences. I believe Zimmerman to be possibly guilty of manslaughter, but the DA overreached and went for murder which required malice afore thought, or premeditation. I don't know if a jury can find a defendant guilty of a lessor crime in Fla. but if not I think he will walk.

Unfortunately for GZ, I believe manslaughter will be an option for the jury as a lesser included offense. This gives the jury an out because I seriously doubt that they will meet the burden of proof of the elements of murder.

Woman next to him is standing, not sitting... although she is not tall.... He does look over 6"... Anyone know his actual height?

OK I see that now, but she looks extremely short, like 4' something? That would make him an average sized person. Either way this picture is better for the prosecution than the defense.
