One of the last photographs of Trayvon Martin

Yep, its black and white alright...

Above was a transcription of Zimmerman’s call to 911 moments before he shot and killed Trayvon Martin. It was transcribed to the best of the transcriber’s abilities, and is not meant to replace any official transcript of the call.

So, according to the above transcriber, Zimmerman said "f***ing coons". What do the official transcripts say?

Sure has been a lot of insinuation and supposition to try and suggest this attack was racially motivated. Apparently the star witness for the prosecution confirmed it today...

According to testimony given by Rachel Jeantel, the girl who was on the phone with Trayvon before he was shot, Trayvon referred to Zimmerman as "a creepy-ass cracker" right before he broke Zimmerman's nose and smashed his head into the concrete.

Fact: The police never order GZ to stay in the car. It was a 911 operator. 911 operators are not LEO nor do they have the legal ability to "order" you to do anything.

That **** doesn't matter. He proves himself to be wreckless and looking for a confrontation. It's on the record

I can't wait to see what to see how long he survives in prison. I'm starting a pool.

Following somebody in the dark who is apparently doing nothing other than walking is creepy-ass cracker behavior.

It matters because it is a common thread to the discussion of this case. This case is far from being locked up for the prosecution. Fortunately, most juries have to consider 100% of the evidence and little to no emotion, unlike the general public. The court of public opinion has little interest to me, as it is usually wrong.

You guys do realize that the prosecution doesn't have to prove anything in order for Zimmerman to be found guilty right? Once you claim self defense the burden is on YOU to prove that it was justified. The prosecutors could, in theory, sit back and say nothing and still get a conviction if Zimmerman's lawyers can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the shooting was justified. All the prosecutors are doing is trying to poke holes in Zimmerman's argument.

Some of you seem to think you can shoot and kill someone and get off the hook easy as long as there is nobody around to witness it. Not so, my friends.

For the record, I'm not arguing one way or the other about his guilt. Just trying to point something out.

This is exactly WHY the defense attorney's waived their right to a "stand your ground" hearing before the trial started. The burden of proof still lies with the State.

So what are they claiming? He's already admitted to killing him. The burden of proving self defense lies on Zimmerman and his team of lawyers. If he doesn't do it he's guilty of at least manslaughter, possibly 2nd murder depending on the legal definitions in Florida.
