How in the hell do you "believe it" when the photos show both the drink and skittles unopened? Was he going for a refill? I won't discount his intentions but why not wait for evidence before you draw a conclusion.

One thing I wonder is how these crime scene photos surfaced. I don't typically see these types of photos floating around the mainstream. I don't necessarily go looking for them, so maybe I haven't noticed, but it seems like they are trying to influence public opinion in an obviously biased direction.

Both sides are guilty of that. I don't know a single person who has shifted from their original position, regardless of any new information that they have learned.

I don't know why you guys are even arguing the case...of for that matter why ANYONE is. Zimmerman is going to die in prison. Period. I heard the only fact that matters yesterday. The jury is all white females. They will not have the courage no matter what to acquit him(they know what happens when the black populace is unhappy with a trial outcome) and once he gets into general population he is dead meat.
