One-Pot Meals

Actually made this to go with fish soup. My attempt at quick stovetop cornbread in a cast iron skillet. Came out OK but not great. I'll stick with the oven for proper cornbread and the skillet for cornbread pancakes.

gonna try to find all the ingrediants for this tomorrow and make it sunday. technically its one pot cause im gonna do the rice in a rice cooker, not a pot haha.

Chicken split pea soup

Had some leftovers from this

Made it into 9 quarts of all-in meals

Pureed yellow split peas
Smoked chicken
Carrots
Potatoes
Garlic, ginger, paprika, salt
