One of my favorite quick breakfast eats

I had a hankering for scrambled eggs with chunked ham and sharp cheddar. Also raisin toast with grape jelly added after picture. All in about 10 minutes

Looks great........except for the toast.
My daddy always called it "booger toast" when I was a kid, and I've never gotten over it. Plain toast for me please.

Mom used to make it and also made a XXXX powdered sugar icing to spread on it. You could spread that icing on a dog turd and it'd taste good.

Looks great! I scrambled up left over sausage and bacon with eggs this morning and had a grands bisquit with sorghum syrup was mighty fine!
