Opinions on how to discourage foot traffic through a path. NON LETHAL!

I have a path through woods by our house that the local hoodies use. I want to plant something or place something on the path to discourage them from using it. I figured maybe a sign that states "poisonous snakes beware!" any other ideas?

Fake Cameras. Or a machine that beeps when someone walks by.

Tried a camera sign and a poisonous snake sign but they just keep coming. Wish I had a backhoe

they probably realize snakes are actually venomous

have you tried muddying up the path a bunch? no one wants to walk through ankle high mud in new nikes

Find 2 trees, one on either side of the trail, stretch CLEAR plastic wrap between the trees, uses several wrappings maybe 2 feet from the ground up to face level. Then spread superglue all over the plastic wrap, it won't dry until something hits it...

550 cord tangle-foot. Tie a bunch of it across the path just above ankle level. They’ll stop cutting through there, plus you’ll get some entertainment.
