Just spoke to their customer service about an item that had been on back order for 15 days. After talking with CS they are substituting a bit more expensive item with no upcharge.

I have no complaints.

I did wait longer than I wanted to but no longer than I have waited for the trash pick up people, the Direct TV folks or most anyone else I call lately.

They do suck ass - misleading information on their websites to trick you to purchase an item that they don’t even have and make you wait weeks.... big fraud!

They're so hooked into Amazon it isn't funny... I learned 10 years ago to avoid them...

I cancelled a order today. In stock item has been processing for a week.

Don’t worry. They will still ship/bill it when it gets in stock. ordered ammo in Nov. canceled in Dec. Received 2 weeks ago & card charged.

Two orders 10 days ago (one on the 12th and one on the 13th), one partially filled and the other fully filled and both delivered already. Both standard free delivery, and one item remains on backorder. I've never had an issue with OP.

Had a great first experience with OP. Ordered a Swampfox Sentinel last Saturday, received it on Thursday via standard shipping. Called customer svc for a first responder discount code and was on my way with a code in less than 10 minutes. Will shop with again.
