Who: Gun owners, cross-fitters, law enforcement officers, military members, athletes, average folks who want to challenge their marksmanship, gun handling, and speed in a fast-paced, physically demanding, fitness-oriented environment.

What: The OSS Challenge (two-gun), five stages. This is a fast-paced, physically oriented shooting competition. Focus, as always, will be application of the marksmanship fundamentals. For this challenge, you will apply the fundamentals under physical duress. You may pull and carry kettle bells, carry, and squat a sandbag, strike an MMA dummy, etc. Safety is ever present and always enforced. Five stages total, varied distance movements, a mixture of steel and paper targets, very intense. This is not a sanctioned match with any existing firearms or fitness organization. OSS creates the rules, standards, and stages to achieve specific goals.

When: 22 April 2023 (9am - until complete)

Where: 1165 Blacks Bluff Rd SW Rome, GA 30161

Why:
To promote friendly competition, fitness training, mental toughness, firearms training, high marksmanship standards, accountability, and individual responsibility in motivated gun owners. To provide gun owners a local venue to network and expand shooting sports in NW Georgia and beyond.

Sounds fun. Our team is about to take the 1663 Tactical Games for the 3rd year in a row.

I’d love to attend. Also, are you taking Sponsors?
Damn, sorry this one slipped past me. I don't check ODT often. There are a few seats open. I do the OSS Challenge twice a year, April/Spring Edition is a one-day event, October/Mog Mile Edition is a two-day event. And yes, we do reach out for sponsors on these. If you're interested I'm active on FB, IG, and Twitter and the website ospreyshootingsolutions.com.
