We had same problem wife contacted osofos office he replied back he start up investigation reference this matter ( your not only one had these problems) Had congressional hears. Yet problem still persists. Plus I see articles regularly Postal employees arrested for stealing mail.

I paid my water bill this month, I have been in my house for 20yrs , always paid through the mail to Gwinntte Water, well it came back on Sat saying returned address is WRONG. The envelope and address where from Gwinntte water, Atlanta mail system sucks definitely DEI, people work there.

If you had our post office, the envelope would be opened and the check missing. Don't send any colored envelopes in the mail that look like a birthday card! They will all be opened looking for cash.

I tried to update one of my utility bills online with a new credit card number. They wouldn’t do it on line or over the phone. Said it was for security reasons. Then proceeded to tell me they were sending me a form to fill out with the updated credit card number, exp date and pin to send back via USPS. I laughed and asked it they thought that was more secure.

Funny how something can have multiple departures from the same location. I have this one that has left the Los Angeles Distribution Center 3 times over the past couple days. Says delivering today. Think that's gonna happen?

I am lucky in our area just drive by power company office and city hall for water.pay my bills.
