I had some free time this week and made a couple of slings out of paracord.

I used a base of 6-8 wraps of cord and then put a cobra weave over it.

What do you think?

I like it.

Total length of cord is probably 48-50ft. Two pieces the longest is the base which consists of 6-8 wraps of 4 ft or so. Then the cobra weave is probably another 20 feet of cord.
I am estimating this from the AK sling.

Also the AK sling took about an hour to complete.

The shotgun sling is about 2ft longer (completed). It took about 2+ hours ( it was my test run)

They look good. Are you gonna try any king cobra?

King Cobras are a PITA to make, they take forever. This is the first one I made, and it took quite a long time. They look cool but they are a little skinny to be very comfortable when actually using it to carry a rifle.

Try a wide solomans bar. Its the most comfortable. Its slow going though, hit me with a PM if you want a few tips. Heres the how to video. And a pic of one I did
