Looking for PDW stock recommendations.

I know some come with a whole new BCG group, but wondered on their reliability running a can.

Good quality, fairly short OAL, that runs well suppressed?

I ran the Troy on a 7" 300 for a while, no issues. When I swapped that upper to a regular lower/bcg I actually had to open up the gas port a little, so I guess the pressure needed to cycle on the Troy is less than a standard carbine setup. The PDW would run supers unsuppressed, a standard carbine wouldn't.

I ran the Troy suppressed and unsuppressed without issues.

Personally, I do not like PDW stocks for shooting with a can on a DI AR. Your nose and eyes are both up closer to the gas. Makes life a bit more miserable.

The Troy does work well. I, and others, have filed down the edges on the stock as they are quite aggressive.
Oh yeah, the spikes on the butt plate are a tad much for sure.
