I get letters regularly offering some stupid lowball offer on property. I have never gotten a phone call. Makes me wonder how they have your phone number.

I'm familiar with that site. My phone number doesn't appear there, but my address does, which is probably why I get letters rather than phone calls.

Calling to buy my house, to inform me of debt relief packages, or to offer me a Medicare package. I used to just ignore them, now I **** with them. Never do the e words "yes" or "no" come out of my mouth.

Ask why the sky is orange today. Ask how to get blood out of carpet. Waste their time.

If you get an address, someone will sell you all the owner's info including email and phone. number. The reason we get letters is because it is just a stamp on an envelope. Most people won't answer a call from unknown number because of all the scammers.

Ask them if they want to sell their car. The ones that cant speak English very well get all messed up.

I get letters regularly. I don't get phone calls. The OP gets a lot of phone calls though. And I wondered why he gets calls and I don't.

I keep my phone on vibrate, and don`t look at it half the time it vibrates, I NEVER answer unless it is someone on my contacts. They can leave a message. I refuse to be a slave to a phone. I refuse to be addicted to a phone or a computer. Why would I want to be a slave to something that pisses me off? I did quite well without a cell phone or a computer for the first 40 years of my life. I don`t keep my phone with me all the time, either.

I sometimes forget to turn my phone on. I tellem to call my Wife......🤣
