Picture Guessing Game With Prize *Pic Added/Hint **Winners!

So here is what I will do. These are not the specific answer I was looking for but you both are partially right so I will send a bottle to each of you(let me know what flavor you want). The answer I was looking for was a flashlight reflecting on the rain(I took it last night when I saw how cool it looked with the mist, although the phone dimmed it down in the pic quite a bit) or something of that nature. Here is the picture. I will do another one of these games soon.
