I have a G26 and large hands, so I found that Magpul makes "ranger plates" for glock mags. These things work very very well. Although they are not +2 rounds like some mag extentions but they feel very nice and comfortable. You can get a 3 pack for under $15 bucks and they fit most glock mags.........mine are for 9mm and 40/357. Just a thought y'all might want to look into.:)

Personally I prefer to carry my G27 with a G23 magazine and a mag adaptor. the adaptors have a dramatic curve that really fits the heel of the hand and makes the grip on the gun much better. It does add about 3/4 inch of length to the grip but it also adds 2 rounds(in 40S&W) to the capacity.

I'm not a fan of the extensions. The extensions for the Glock sub-compacts give the grip about the same length as a compact, thus concealing is about the same. Not really any advantage IMO, besides if I'm going to have about the same grip length I'll take little more barrel length too.
