I recommend going to the stores and looking at the various models. There are standard and compact sizes. Mine is an older full size model and I wouldn't mind having a compact model at some point. I prefer the SA/DA versions like mine. Personal preferences will be your best judge of which one to get. If budget isn't a concern, take a look at the custom shop models.
