I used to show and train dogs, and what I learned is that it is hard to make breed specific generalizations about temperament. FWiW, AKC has a temperament test if you want to look into it, although it tests more for shyness/fear than aggression.

What you learn is that it is the breeding/line of dogs that makes the difference. You have to look at the temperament of the parents. If in fact that line of dogs has been breed to be aggressive, then the puppies likely will be.

We did a rescue on a bully dog from a local rescue agency who supposedly rescued him as a puppy, and raised him until he was about 8 months old. He was as gentle as could be around us, playful, good natured. But he bit 3 people without any provocation at all. We saw all 3 and were certain about that. We were really lucky we didn't get sued. When we picked him up after the last bite, we took him straight to the vet and had him put down. Vet said that if he had bitten that many times at that age, he wouldn't stop.

I still don't have an explanation for his behavior, except that there are psycho dogs just like there are psycho people.

She is beautiful!

My female Cane Corso is uncontrollable. An absolute demon dog who never stops looking for the opportunity to kill, kill, KILL!

She isn't even half grown, either.
