Pitbull discussion started in The Awesome, Cool and Random Pic. Thread.

My boy blue goes and hides under the table if I raise my voice, or simply ask him; did you do that?, if he does anything. He has fear for sure, and what I can only imagine, a genuine sense of not wanting me to be upset with him. He will come lay his head on my leg later on to say he is "sorry".
same with my blue....runs from confrontation.

I'm not sure if it's from the news or what. And i realize that it's all a lot of hype but... The one thing that concerns me about pit-bulls is there strength. They are a very powerful animal and when they are aggressive they're very difficult to stop. When I see one with there owner and I can typically tell by the way there behaving that in general they are a fun loving dog. We were walking by pet smart the other day and looked at the dogs up for adoption. One guy had a pit there. He was beautiful and wagged his tail the moment you got close to it. He was a rescue that was missing an eye from a fight, which would concern me in the long run. I'm not in the market for a dog any ways but if I were I would be a little weary of getting one that had been in fights.

Best dog I ever owed, never people aggressive. Now other animals a different story. Best dear tracking dog I ever owned also. Most of the times it where and how they are raised.

Pits are equivalent to race cars, you need a responsible driver.

I dont agree..... I just prefer to get them at 9 weeks and raise them the right way. I have had 7 in my lifetime, and all have been friendly, and aggressive when they needed to be.

Add the taco bell dog and the other ankle biters to the aggressive breed list, and I think it would paint a better picture. Pitbull attacks are the most reported. but those lil ones are little demons themselves. My handosme LOYAL 4 legged son
