although there are some on here that ramp up passion and get ill sometimes, when it comes to caring for another member in there time of need,,they are there!!! God be with you and help you to deal with your tragedy, knowing she is in a much better place!! DD
Dixie was a feisty and fun lady and will be sorely missed. The number of responses not only speak for the caliber of folks on ODT, but to the character of the lady! She is indeed in a better place now, thanks everyone, it means a lot to this family, Denny, stay strong, you know she would want you to, shout out if you need anything! Love you Bro!
She was a great sister and if not for her I may have never been a gun person. I really admired her marksmanship and well, just about everything else about her. She will be missed and will always have a place in my heart and I don't think I'll ever shoot again without thinking about her.
I'm sorry for your loss. I hope one day I can get through to my dad about the danger of smoking as much as he does.

Very sorry for your loss. Prayers sent. Lost my father and step father to cancer. One smoked one didn't. Cancer sucks. Scared everyday they I'll end up with it.I don't smoke but just never know what will trigger it. Going to hug my wife a little tighter now.
