Don’t think I’ve ever installed one. 😂 But do you have a picture of one?
YouTube “South Park Japanese Toilet.” I’ve very seriously considered getting 3 installed in my house as my current toilets are not in the best of shape.

I went TDY to Keesler AFB 1970, billeted in the VOQ
went to the toilet and all stall doors were locked, no feet on the floor
I had to go badly and kicked in a door, there was a Vietnamese pilot trainee squatting on the rim taking a dump, he hollered out something and the 5 others chimed in jabbering something, I hurriedly left and went to the next floor and I safely relieved myself
LOL! That’s funny.
some of those toilets are definitely different 😂
