Pocket Pistol???

SIG P938 is my favorite....also must have a safety on anything that close to the jewels!
*** DITTO! In my "sticky" pocket holster. In spite of the "early" releases of the 238/938, my 938 has never, ever failed with ANY type/style 9mil ammo I feed it, including CCI snakeshot. I was seriously anticipating more recoil when I bought it, however I was seriously wrong there. Like it as well as any pocket rocket I've ever shot. Concealment isn't hard to achieve. Plus the newer 9mil loads from any of many manufacturers places this caliber in the total confidence arena, if you can place your shots where they ought to be.

Make the system work for you!!
I found the LCP to be a TRUE pocket pistol. I tucked it into the back pocket of my jeans in an UncleMikes holster - you forget its even there. I can carry the 42 in my front pocket - jeans or slacks - and I'm not a big guy. That being said - you can definitely tell that its there!!....still comfortable though.

I as many here, have several carry options but the one that has become my favorite in the summer months is the Polymer Ruger LCR loaded with .38 Special +P. Plenty of power and it fits perfectly in my front pocket with a Pocket Holster and is very lightweight. Shoots good enough to be respected as a good defensive weapon.

I'm currently evaluating the Kahr CW380. So far it has been a turd out of the box. I've run about 300 rounds thru it and I'm having all kind of issues (Failure to feed, Failure to fire, failure to go into battery) I have disassembled this gun down to parade rest, to try and find a solution. I am certain it's not ammo related. As far as the weight, ergonomics and shoot-ability, I would give it high marks. I really want this gun to work, for that reason. It's on its way back to the factory now. Hopefully Kahr can polish this turd and make it work.

I pocket carried a smith J frame for years with no trouble at all and i like the power of .38 over .380. just a thought.

Pretty sure he is looking for a semi auto but the J frame .38 is tough to beat for pocket carry. Personally, I like my NAA .22 Mag. Cheap, simple, powerful.

If I were considering the pocket semi autos I would probably go with the Ruger LCP. The Smith Bodyguard has a terrible trigger and the Taurus TCP is a pain to disassemble. Just my 2 cents.
