Also, if you're getting popup ads, you probably have unwanted adware installed on your computer. Run a good scanner to ID it and hopefully remove it.

The problem isn't a computer, but mobile devices.
Oh.. Some of the screenshots looked like full PC browser images. It could still be some unwanted adware on the mobile device. It could have been attached to another "free" app and is just activating any time it see's certain traffic. There are scanners that tell you what app serves ads on your mobile.. that may help track it down. I use Lookout security and it tells me what app uses what ad network.
