Possible cyber attack in progress?

For the last hour I can't connect to any of my internet pages except for ODT. Connect spins and spins and when I do get a connect I get about half page fill followed by nothing. Only thing I can think of is that ODT is hosted local and this is a larger outage/attack or maybe I'm just paranoid and didn't pay my cable bill.

What say you? Everything working normally?

Not connecting there. Only thing working right is ODT so far.
Getting in to my late night work time and putting me behind.

or...
