Windstream is the worst of the worst! To call their DSL a turd is an unfair insult to turds of all ages worldwide!!!

Worst utility I have ever used-by far! I am pretty sure they are staffed by terrorists! (Seems just like a stunt ISIS would pull-to make porn freeze, and hit us where it really hurts!)

There is constantly a "cyber attack in progress" ... That's the reason that IT security people are so paranoid ... everyone really is out to get them (well, their infrastructure at least)

Your problem though sounds a little more like something broken in your infrastructure than some kind of attack.
