Pneumonia. For adult cats there's a high likelihood of recovery. Recovery rate in kittens is virtually nonexistent.

She's still going about the same... No improvement, but at the same time, she hasn't gotten worse either.

She is still about the same as she was yesterday. No real change for the better or worse.
Coughing, wheezing, labored breathing, won't suckle, lethargic and very weak.
I have been feeding her with a feeding tube of 80% KMR and 20% Pedialyte, which should help ward off starvation and keep her hydrated.
