Post title change

I notice that some items with the band and lock over the envelope donot say "item gone".
How do I change it to something other than item gone?
And thanks in advance for the responce and all that you guys do.

First unlock the thread under the administrative menu. The edit the post and while in edit enter the advanced mode which allows you to edit the title.
