Yellow wood sorrel it taste like sour apple jolly ranchers and are awesome in a salad

Elderberry, cimmons, scuppernongs, to name a few that I have gathered to make jelly with my dad.

Gator tater. The root of lilly pads looks like an alligator back when dislodged and floating cooks and tastes like a tuber.

I forgot another one Wild Thistle is also good and found in many pastures.

daylillies. all parts are edible. raw or cooked. be careful with pokeweed "boil in 2 changes of water" and woodsorrel "can be eaten. but has a high oxalic acid content". and large quantities could cause oxalic acid crystals to accumalate in the kidney. not a good thing.

Hey I was just wondering if there are any wild edible plants growing in Georgia that we can eat when everything is gone
