I kinda like the color of the wood but I'll probably change it out for another Ukrainian or Russian (Zenitco) grip at some point in time. I did have a wood upper hg on there so it matched pretty good but it didn't look right without the upper rail installed

I like the rail now that it's installed. But I might do a cheesegrater or something on another ak. Might do something apocalyptic. I just ordered 20 beat to hell mags to maybe cut and grind on

I ordered directly from them, customer service was quick and top notch. They sent black furniture the 1st time and I had wanted the OD Green to switch things up. They had a return label to me within a few hours.

Sometimes I wish I spent the extra money for the folding stock but I don't really have a need for it to fold...

Install was a little tough, I actually bent the rail in an inconspicuous spot. Better quality than the Zenitco I used to have but I would chamfer the edges first. Would have saved myself some headache. Both Zenitco and KPYK tell you not to file but it should be done imo.

I'm digging the camo job on that AR. Is just sponged on there? Cerakote, duracoat or spray paint?
