Potheads and non-potheads: Favorite Pizza Joint?

This might just be my favorite thread, I've never met a pizza that I didn't like. Everybody keeps talking about Mellow Mushroom being so good, anybody been to the one in Athens and can give a review?

Always go to the one in Gainesville. If you like mushrooms, try the Holy Shiitake pie there. Incredible. They have a great tortilla soup also.

My favorite pizza place is The Crushed Tomato in Summerville, Ga, just north of Rome. Wood fired brick oven pizza, great stuff. Try the garlic bites before your meal, they are out of this world. Also, if you like jalapeños on your pizza, try them here, nice and fresh bright green jalapeños will warm you up. The owners are personal friends of mine and have been since my school days. Great people, great food! For those of you who like adult beverages, you won't find them here, just wanted you to know up front.
