Good Luck With Surgery... have had 2 done myself... listen to your Dr. Get all the rehab needed...

John- hope all goes well. Keep on top of everything the docs and physical therapy tell you to do to speed up the recovery. If they haven't told you already, ice A LOT the first 72 hours!!!
