My wife is pregnant with our third child and due mid February. She started having pretty bad contractions today and called her doctor who told us to immediately come to the hospital. They tried a couple of shots to get them to stop which didn't work. They are giving her magnesium now and steroid shots for the baby's lungs. Hopefully this will stop them and the new little one will wait another 6 or 7 Weeks until she is due.

I know things will happen the way God wants them to. Please keep us in thoughts and prayers that both mom and my new little girl come through without any major issues.

ODT Prayer Warriors are powerful when all unite! Lot's of prayers coming your way and all will be good! Keep your Faith strong.

UPDATE - after a setback overnight of contractions starting back during the process of weaning her off the magnesium, they got them back under control. my wife begged and pleaded with her doctor to try and get her home for Christmas so she didn't miss it with the other 2 kids. she reluctantly agreed, and discharged her at 6pm tonight with strict bed rest until further notice. we were able to go to her parents tonight for dinner and santa is getting ready right now.
looking good as of now and hopefully will continue to improve.

merry Christmas to all of you guys, especially those who sent prayers . we will have a good one now.
