Preference settings changed and won’t go back

Anyone had this issue? If so how can I fix it? I only view this site on a mobile device and it’s stuck in desk top and it’s awful!!

Theres the problem.

Down load the Chrome browser from the app store and get to browsin! I gave up on Safari and all it's weird behaviors.

I have done that at least 100 times and it won’t save it, it reverts back to desktop style

It’s driving me F-ing nuts

Amazing enough it all of a sudden reverted back to mobile without me changing it!!! Curious to say the least!!!
