Made my first purchase with Primary Arms earlier today...2 boxes of ammo and a red dot mount. Holy crap!!! 15 minutes later I get a shipment notification with FedEx tracking number. I don't know I've ever had any online retailer turn an order around in such a short period of time. I'll be purchasing from them in the future whenever there something I need that I can't find locally.

Order most of my stuff from PA. Always shockingly fast shipping. Just ordered a JP silent capture spring and they ran out of in stock springs just after I ordered it. They called about an hour later and had already arranged a direct shipment from JP Enterprises overnight to me- WOW!!!! That's what I call customer service.
