Absolutely not. Let this be your last time doing business with this dealer. It usually a 2-3 day process. What dealer is it so we can avoid them?

Not normal at all. As soon as SS says it's ready to certify, you should be able to make an appointment with the dealer to come in and do it. Takes 5 minutes.
