Used to be a guy s of thomaston who would hang them in a fridge for a week or so. The meat was so much better than other processors I tried.

He got out of the business several years back.

Hard to find anyone that takes pride in their work.
As a manager, I've always taken pride in being fair. As a mechanic, I take pride in my craft. As a Christian, I take pride in being humble.

I know everyone doesn't have the time for it but ever since I started processing my own, I get more meat and seems to be a better quality product. I also wrap it up like I want for the freezer and label it! My equipment was paid for on the 2nd deer
