I see different kits, whats the best angle for hunting knife for deer use? For some reason my gerber knives seem to have some hard stainless, they are the good old USA made and about 20 years old
Go with the 25 degree for any outdoor use knife that will see some hard use. The steeper angles are more for chef's knives, and 30 degrees is a cleaver edge.
