Now here's a theory about why black guys are being shot by cops.
We have all seen this 'fashion statement' where guys wear their pants halfway down their a**es.
Now when a black guy runs from or confronts the police, he has to keep pulling his pants up or fall over with his pants round his ankles, very embarrassing.
Now what does the cop think when he sees a guy reaching for his waist?
You got it, so in order to save lives, compassionate and altruistic person that I am, I am starting a new campaign.....
