Question about Night Sights

I got a S&W Shield a couple of months ago and was wondering what kind of Night Sights I should consider getting for it.

is there something that those sights offer over others? I noticed that brand seems to run about $50 more than others.

Trijicon, Ameriglo or Novaks. You won't go wrong with any of them but Trijicon is somewhat of an industry standard.

Although my trijicons rusted they're bright as hell.
